We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable Mentors to oversee and support the professional development of businesses operated by our Beneficiaries in the regions of Karbala, Anbar, and Diwaniyah. The successful candidates will be responsible for creating a framework for these businesses. to develop and succeed. They will also be responsible for providing guidance on business growth and helping Beneficiaries establish meaningful relationships within their industries. Additionally, these Mentors will conduct regular field visits to monitor and support the businesses of our Beneficiaries in these regions.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, or Human Resources.1-2 years of experience in a mentoring role, preferably in a business setting with a large workforce.
- Strong knowledge of mentoring techniques, principles, and practices, with an understanding of regional dynamics in Karbala, Anbar, and Diwaniyah.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, including cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others in a diverse regional context.
- Ability to build trust and establish meaningful relationships with employees and Beneficiaries.
- Proven track record of success in developing and mentoring employees, with an understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in the given regions.
