Job Description

Type of Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: 08:30 am to 03:00 pm
Place of Work: Headquarter- Erbil
Gender: Male
Monthly Salary: 850,000 IQDs
Published Date: 26-05-2024
Deadline Date: 30-05-2024 at 01:00 P.M.

    Core Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the storage conditions of goods received in the warehouse.
  • Stock the shelves of the warehouse with goods and keep inventory.
  • Receive goods that comes into the warehouse and ensure that the medical goods are unloaded and stored according to established procedure.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store and enhance the appearance of the store by adopting the most appropriate display techniques.
  • Ensuring that all goods are stored properly to ensure everything is organized and in place
  • A Stocker counts inventory and stacks items on shelves in an organized system to ensure all items fit properly to browse.
  • Maintain strict records of all products unloaded, labeled, and stocked throughout the store.
  • Receive and store incoming products in a timely manner.
  • Managing Risks and Issues.
  • Controlling Quality.
  • Document and archive all the documents related to medical warehouse procedures.
  • Identifies problems and communicates solutions to appropriate personnel and departments.
  • Reporting to line manager on Regular Bases, Ensure timely and accurate contributions to project reports, Monthly, quarterly and final reports.
  • Any other tasks/responsibilities requested by line manager.

Qualifications & requirements

  •  Bachelor degree (Nursing) / Diploma (Pharmacy, Nursing).
  • Good in English language skills “writing and speaking “.
  • Good in Arabic language skills “writing and speaking”.
  • Good Computer and Communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
