Job Description:
We are looking for a specialist trainer with expertise in Leadership Skills and Accounting Concepts & Principles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both areas and a passion for teaching and developing future leaders and financial professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in Leadership Skills and Accounting Concepts & Principles.
- Create engaging course materials, including presentations, manuals, and other educational resources.
- Facilitate interactive and dynamic training sessions for a diverse group of learners.
- Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant updates into training content.
- Mentor and support learners in their professional development journey.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously enhance the training curriculum.
Requirements:
- Proven 5 year's experiences as a trainer or educator in Leadership Skills and Accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of leadership theories, practices, and accounting principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create effective and engaging learning materials.
- Proficient in using modern training tools and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to learner success.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Leadership and Accounting are a plus.
