Job Description: ISO Consultant

Location: Iraq & Kurdistan

Employment Type: Part-time/Full-time

Department: Academy – ISO Certification Services

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ISO Consultant to join our academy department, which provides ISO certification services to companies, organizations, and factories in Iraq and Kurdistan. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of ISO standards, auditing, and certification processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation on ISO certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct gap analysis, internal audits, and compliance assessments for clients.
- Develop and implement ISO management systems tailored to different industries.
- Guide companies through the ISO certification process, ensuring full compliance with international standards.
- Prepare necessary documentation, reports, and audit findings.
- Deliver training and workshops on ISO requirements, auditing, and system implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to improve their quality, safety, environmental, and information security management systems.
- Stay up to date with changes in ISO standards and certification requirements.
- Liaise with certification bodies and assist in the final certification audit process.

Qualifications & requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or related discipline).
  • - Minimum 5+ years of experience in ISO consulting, auditing, or certification services.
  • - In-depth knowledge of various ISO standards and industry-specific certifications.
  • - Certified Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer for ISO standards is highly preferred.
  • - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • - Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • - Fluency in **English, Arabic, and Kurdish** is an advantage.
