Duties and Responsibilities
Report to Cleaning Site Senior Operation Officer on all operational and administrative needs of his area of responsibility. Responsible to see that all sites staff understand and adhere to the Site policy and procedures. Plan and execute site visit schedule on regular basis. Submit visit reports to Cleaning Site Senior Operation Officer on daily basis. Provide feedback to the staff on issues raised by them. Provide all Cleaning staff with their task sheets and ensure adequate staff coverage in the sites as per rosters During site visits check and ensure that staff is adhering to proper dress code, understand the scope of work, documents maintained properly and that the chemicals, PPE and mechanical equipment is maintained. Provides requisite training when required while visiting the site, to the staff on modern Cleaning methods, materials, and equipment principles of sanitation and safety in Cleaning work; proper use and care of mechanical cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
At least 3 years similar experience Knowledge with Cleaning chemicals Knowledge with cleaning machines
Ability to write reports and understand manuals and policie
Ability to work unsupervised Excellent attention to details
Good communications skills Good command of English both written and spoken
Ability to handle staff
Certificate in secondary education or diploma in any discipline
