Job Summary The Head Nurse is responsible for the coordination of health services & for providing administrative & clinical direction for the nursing staff & coordinating immediate response to emergency situations, ensuring the provision of a quality-driven evidence-based patient service inside the assigned unit. He/she is guided by hand –over reports, nursing & center policies, procedures, acuity measures, administrative & clinical judgment, this role requires a person who is dedicated to the job and has the ability to keep working beside the patient and the staff all the time
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience ESSENTIAL: BSc. in Nursing Nursing license. BLS. DESIRABLE: master’s degrees in nursing or any related field Postgraduate management qualification ACLS WORK EXPERIENCE: ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 8 years’ experience, half of them at management level essential. Clinical nursing skills. Evidence of continuous education and professional development Demonstrated competency in English language proficiency, computer literacy, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
