Job Summary:
Work Academy is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Design Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The trainer will help students develop strong design skills for use in professional environments such as branding, marketing, social media content, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Design and develop course materials, exercises, and projects
Teach fundamentals of graphic design, branding, typography, and layout
Guide students in creating portfolios of real-world design projects
Provide feedback and mentorship to learners
Stay up to date with current design trends and software updates
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
At least 5 years of professional design experience
Prior teaching or training experience is a strong advantage
Strong portfolio of design work (logos, posters, branding, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to teach in Kurdish, Arabic, or English
Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching
