Qualifications & requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Training Programs:Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations on food safety and ISO 22000 standards.
- Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals and groups, both in Class and online.
- Assess Learning Outcomes: Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to ensure understanding and competency.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Offer expert advice and support to trainees on the implementation and maintenance of food safety and ISO 22000 standards.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in food safety and ISO 22000.
- Collaborate:Work closely with other trainers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of training and continuous improvement of programs.
- Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards.

Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food safety management and ISO 22000 implementation and training.
- Certification:Certified ISO 22000 Lead Auditor or similar certification is highly desirable.

- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety principles, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and develop comprehensive training materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic and Kurdish (both written and spoken).
