Entry Level Professional/Coordinator Role providing support to a department.

 

Executes defined processes and procedures to achieve operational targets or service standards key to business delivery – tasked with continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

The IT specialist - Entry will work with some medium complex tasks and a little variation between different tasks. The IT Specialist - Entry is able to appreciate and understand business requirements within specific areas, whilst demonstrating good analytical skills combined with a good knowledge of the subject area and with the ability to present his ideas and convince the stakeholders in a professional manner.

 

  • Handles tasks of low to medium complexity and takes both business requirements and IT efficiency into consideration, whilst assessing the tasks with the right balance between detail and 'helicopter' perspective.
  • Translates business requirements into IT solutions for small-sized tasks, e.g. projects up to 0.5 m DKK.
  • Ensures that IT solutions are designed with both functionality and efficient operations in mind.
  • Has good knowledge of templates, tools and standards for relevant technical areas and can use this knowledge in IT solutions.
  • Drives solutions of simpler tasks and projects that span one technical area.
  • Acts as trusted advisor of IT solutions for local management, team leads and super users (e.g. production or cold store manager).

Qualifications & requirements

Educational Background/Experience

 

  • Education at Bachelor’s level within Information Sys-tems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business. Alternatively experience as a super user or supporter (senior or lead).
  • 1-3 years of experience with relevant technical fields including rollouts/implementation globally.
  • IT domain competencies within ERP/infrastructure and business process knowledge.
  • Good business process knowledge and experience from working in a multi-cultural and global environment/company.
