Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop creative and engaging video content for English language learning, covering various topics such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills.
Write scripts, create storyboards, and plan video lessons to ensure clarity, coherence, and effectiveness.
Utilize different multimedia tools, software, and editing techniques to enhance video quality and overall learning experience.

Teaching and Instruction:
Deliver clear and concise English language lessons through videos, emphasizing interactive and learner-centered approaches.
Create lesson plans and learning objectives aligned with English language proficiency standards.
Present information in a logical and structured manner, catering to the needs and proficiency levels of different learners.
Incorporate a variety of teaching techniques, such as visual aids, real-life examples, and interactive activities, to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and improve English language learning materials.
Conduct research on effective teaching methodologies, language learning trends, and emerging technologies to ensure the development of relevant and up-to-date content.
Review and revise existing materials, making necessary adjustments based on learner feedback and performance.
Engagement and Community Building:

Engage with learners through social media platforms, responding to comments, questions, and concerns.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging learner participation and interaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to promote and increase the reach of the English learning courses.


Assessment and Feedback:
Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and interactive exercises to evaluate learner progress and proficiency.
Provide constructive feedback to learners, guiding them on areas for improvement and recommending additional resources.
Monitor learner performance and track data to identify trends and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in English language teaching or tutoring, preferably with experience teaching online or creating educational videos.
Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in video editing software and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, etc.).
Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engaging online audiences.
Knowledge of English language proficiency standards.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing video content.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
