Work Academy is seeking a highly skilled, versatile, and proactive Employment Agency Department Manager to lead, scale, and manage our employment agency division remotely.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, handle client relationships, draft HR frameworks in compliance with Iraqi labor law, design social media recruitment posts, and drive business development to acquire new corporate clients.
Design comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs), role profiles, and performance metrics for client requests.
Oversee full-lifecycle Recruitment & Selection processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates).
Develop and structure competitive Salary Scales and compensation frameworks tailored to client needs and market benchmarks.
Ensure all recruitment and labor processes comply with Iraqi Labor Law and local employment regulations.
Serve as the primary contact person for corporate clients, managing candidate filtering, interview scheduling, and feedback cycles.
Drive business growth by proactively acquiring and onboarding new clients for the Employment Agency department.
Draft, negotiate, and finalize service agreements and contracts with all incoming clients.
Conduct weekly online meetings with both the internal Work Academy team and corporate clients to review hiring pipelines and performance.
Daily update and upload all new client job opportunities to the Work Academy Job Portal.
Prepare eye-catching graphic designs and visual posts for job openings.
Manage daily postings across Work Academy’s official social media channels to attract qualified candidates.
Experience: Proven experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Managing an Employment/Staffing Agency.
Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Iraqi Labor Law, regulations, and local employment practices.
Languages: Trilingual fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written) is strictly required.
Technical Skills: Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for social media vacancy templates.
Availability: Fully available to work online remotely from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and attend mandatory weekly team/client meetings.
Skills: Strong negotiation, business development, client communication, and cross-functional HR management abilities.
Salary Structure: Volume-based & commission/performance-driven, directly tied to department output and monthly client contract volumes.
Contract: Monthly service/partner agreement.
