Location: Hawler
Head office:sulaymaniyah
Job Type: Full-time (8 hours/day, Saturday to Thursday)
Gender Requirement: Male
Number of Positions: 1

Position Overview
We are expanding our sales team and seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join us as a Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic, professional approach to product promotion, cultivate strong client relationships, and actively contribute to modern sales and marketing efforts.



Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales Management

  •  Implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
  •  Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales performance and challenges.

2. Customer Relations
  •  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  •  Address customer requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner.

3. Market Research
  •  Monitor competitor activity and market developments.
  •  Recommend strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive sales growth.

4. Field Work
  •  Conduct daily visits to sales locations and monitor operations.
  •  Receive, process, and report client orders to the relevant departments.

Qualifications & requirements

Basic Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in sales planning and product promotion.
  •  Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written).

Technical Requirements
  •  Must own a private vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  •  Willingness to travel across cities and provinces within Iraq.
