Job Summary and Scope of Responsibilities
MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Organizes, leads, plans, and controls the activities of assigned personnel in the materials Operations area. Supervises and controls the receipt, issue and storage of all Drilling & Completions materials and equipment in the correct quantities. Supervises the safe custody of materials and equipment stored in warehouse. Supervision of Inventory Control System, materials, storage yard, warehouses, yard equipment’s and crews, to ensure orderly, safe and efficient storage, maintenance and readiness of materials for shipment to onshore drilling locations, in accordance with Company procedures and “Best Industry Practice”.
Manages and maintains close control over the warehouse data systems covering all related transactions. Establishes work procedures and meet warehouse demands as dictated by operation and maintenance schedules and workflow. Enforces safety procedures and regulations and related company policies and ensuring education and adherence to the staff. Recommends measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department. Reports to the Drilling Supply Chain Supervisor.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities ESSENCIAL FUNCTIONS Warehouse Supervision
1. Ensures adequate and suitable storage facilities are prepared and appropriate material/equipment available for efficient receipt, storage, issue, and distribution of materials.
2. Acts as a focal point in supply and handling matters advising user departments of the company policies and sections capabilities to meet the requirements.
3. Supervises and controls the receipt of all materials and equipment in the correct quantities, quality and condition as requested in accordance with established procedures and standards.
4. Ensure all materials received are properly inspected prior to acceptance; ensuring that specifications are confirmed so that all accepted materials are as per specifications.
5. Supervises and controls the issue & storage of all materials and equipment in the correct quantities, location, quality and condition.
6. Ensures all activities concerning movement of hazardous materials are carried out in a safe manner and that storage is arranged in accordance with agreed materials segregation plan.
7. Ensure that appropriate housekeeping is maintained to safeguard warehouse inventory stocks against any losses or damage.
8. Plans and prioritizes all work at the warehouse within agreed work programs and contributes tothe development of these.
9. Supervision of all lifting, handling, loading/discharge operations in the yard.
10. Supervision of yard crew and communicate the day-to-day activity as per instruction from the Drilling Supply Chain Supervisor.
11. Make sure the Contractor supplied vehicles (pick-up, trucks, crane, and forklift) are in good condition and fit for purpose. All vehicles must have a valid license.
12. Verify and confirming that all Drivers / Operators (Crane & Forklift) those who are performing work in Khor Mor facility are holders of valid licenses.
13. Management of Tubular racking plans.
14. Must have good knowledge of Drilling & Completion equipment, meaning hands-on experience in the O&G drilling industry w.r.t. materials & logistics, and must have a sound understanding and familiarity with all drilling/completions equipment & materials.
15. Mange equipment & materials inspection and maintenance.
16. Materials Receipts and Issue.
17. Update inventory based on receipts and issues.
18. Checking new incoming materials against actual delivery note and store the same to yard/warehouse safely and efficiently.
19. Management of Inventory Register, and inventory cycle counts.
20. Lead HSE meeting based on the activity to be performed on each day with crew.
21. Make sure all truck drivers are with proper PPE and in compliance with company HSE policy.
22. Works closely with all client departments to provide advice and clarification on stores and warehousing issues. Coordinates with user departments to ensure timely supply/dispatch of required materials to meet operational needs.
23. Updates CMMS with materials issue to end-user.
24. Defines Preservation standards and maintain preservation of all stock material accordingly. Manages shelf-life control, ensuring that materials are batch managed by taking appropriate measures, as per established policies and procedures to ensure FIFO process and the safe disposal of materials that reached the end of their respective shelf-life. 25. Ensures all operating, safety, environment and security procedures are followed in order to ensure the highest standards of warehousing operations are achieved. Reporting and Communication
26. Exhibits and maintains excellent working relationships with all Company staff.

28. Continuously acquires knowledge and skills in warehousing operations
