● The lead trainers must have a minimum of 10 years of
progressive relevant experience and skills matching the
training objectives.
● The trainers must have a bachelor's or master's degree
in information technology, computer science, computer
engineering, or a closely related field.
● The trainer must have excellent analytical and
presentation skills with experience in developing
curriculums and delivering training.
● Have experience in organising and delivering or
participating in training
● Certified trainer is an advantage.
● One lead trainer per training, however, proposing more
than one lead trainer to manage and deliver a single
training is acceptable.
