Job Summary To Supervise the execution of the corporate Computing Environment's Infrastructure IS Helpdesk Services & Utilize the IS Centralized Monitoring System to support the Enterprise End Users Office Productivity and Business Applications requests to access namely the: Email, Directory, File, Print, and Portal Intra/Internet Services, Network and Telephony, with the objective of maintaining 9x5 Serviceability level for Business, Corporate, and Shared Service Units to conduct normal business functions. Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Fields. Minimum (2-6) Years Professional Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Certifications in the related field is preferable. Knowledge with Windows 10, office 365, office pro 2016 and, Client Management Tools. Familiarity with Problem Troubleshooting Techniques & Implementation of Automated Trouble Ticketing & Monitoring Systems. Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise. Customer Service Oriented Personality Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and work under pressure. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing English/Arabic Competencies Excellent communication skills written and spoken in English and Arabic Highly reactive and work under pressure and after company hours Keep skill levels current and relevant Organized, Systematic and logical approach to work order.
