Kurdistan Organization for Human Rights Watch (KOHRW) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization that was established in 1989 as a national NGO. KOHRW has contributed to humanitarian services and different development programs in the Kurdistan region and Iraq. KOHRW specializes in six areas of expertise: Human Rights, Protection, Shelter& WASH, Livelihood, Social Cohesion, and Education.

Job Title: Data Entry/Outreach Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of outreach materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media posts.
Support the project team in organizing and conducting outreach events, such as community meetings and stakeholder consultations.
Assist in the collection, collation, and entry of data related to the project, including visitor data, stakeholder information, and project progress reports.
Help maintain accurate project databases and ensure data confidentiality.
Provide support to the project team in other project-related activities as required.

Qualifications & requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, communications, or international development.
At least 2 years of experience in data entry and outreach activities, preferably in the development sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with databases.
