Education and Experience
High school as a minimum requirement or any other qualification is an additional advantage.
Min 1 year experience with Local / International NGOs in the mobilization and engagement with the communities,
Experience and skills in using MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Competencies: (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High confidentiality, respect, and non-discriminatory attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Languages:

Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is an asset

Organizing, Identifying, and involving different stakeholders
Organize and deliver community awareness-raising events as determined by project Objectives.
Supporting in monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of the community awareness-raising sessions.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of protection activities.
Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories.
Hold regular meetings with local committees.
Provide daily and weekly reports for the implemented activities.
Organization of the awareness and training sessions.
Contacting the beneficiaries and providing all necessary information related to the activities.
