Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced trainers specializing in Communication Skills and Leadership Skills to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of effective communication and leadership principles, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on communication skills and leadership development.
- Customize training content to meet the needs of diverse learner groups, including professionals at different career stages.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Assess the training needs of participants and provide constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in communication and leadership training.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective training program.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to participants as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.

Qualifications & requirements


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in communication skills and leadership development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and software for training purposes.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CIPD, ATD) is an advantage.
