Position: CEO Assistant Just female
Location: Sulaymaniyah
Days and working hours: Saturday – 8 am to 5 pm (full–time)
Salary: depending on the experience and skills, and will be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Efficiently manage information flow and coordinate executives' calendars.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and handle expense tracking and reporting.
- Supervise clerical staff, oversee office supplies, and maintain an organized filing system.
- Format internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Take meeting minutes, screen phone calls, and manage correspondence.
Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office proficiency and familiarity with office gadgets/applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Diploma’s degree in Engineering departments is primary.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
