The Call Center Specialist is responsible for handling incoming calls with professionalism and calmness. They will listen to customer complaints, prioritize them, and take necessary actions.
Qualifications & requirements
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and calmness.
Listen to customer complaints and respond appropriately.
Prioritize complaints and take necessary actions.
Prepare and share daily reports of all incoming calls with management.
Record customer information in Excel or Odoo system.
Connect with the sales team to share potential customer details based on priority.
Manage social media chat and WhatsApp correspondence for NAI.
Must be fluent in Kurdish (Sorani), Arabic, and English.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
