The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Receiving incoming calls
- listen to customers' complaints with a calm and professional attitude and respond according to them.
- Determine complaint priorities and act according to them.
- Prepare a daily report of all incoming calls and share them with the management.
- Record customer's full info in “an Excel sheet or Odoo system“.
- Connect with the sales team to share potential customer info with them according to the priority of the customer.
- Must be speaking Kurdish(Sorani), Arabic and English language.
