* Greeting new customers, along with updating their location and confirming their orders.
* Checking with restaurants to accept waiting orders.
Respond to customers’ inquiries via call, Zoho, and Info email.
* Checking customers’ ratings, along with following up with customers and updating their feedback on related excel files.
* Apologize to customers, whose orders will be late.
* Follow up the critical issues with concerned parties (Sales, Monitors, Market…etc.).
* Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
* Effective Communication Skills.
* Knowledge Retention and Recall.
* Ability to Handle Pressure.
*Proficiency in (Kurdish (Badini) and Arabic.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
