Hiring a new batch of Call Center Agents!
We are hiring a new batch of Call Center Agents in High Performance. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing an outstanding service to our customers by listening and addressing all their questions or complaints and providing an accurate and efficient response.
Location: Iraq, Erbil, 32 Park
Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days off (rotational)
Shifts: rotational shifts (9 hours)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing chats and calls in a professional manner.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customers by explaining possible solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy work environment by cooperating with team members.
• Meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
• English, Arabic and Kurdish are a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
