Job Description:
- Handling phone calls and messages from customers.
- Working in shifts, totaling 9 hours per day 1 hour as break with two days off per week based on a schedule.
- Salary: 650,000 IQD, comprising a basic salary of 600,000 IQD and a performance-based bonus of 50,000 IQD.
- Proficiency in Kurdish and Arabic languages; English proficiency is a plus.
- Educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
