In direct coordination with the livelihood specialist, HA MEAL, and UNDP field facilitators will endorse the tools developed by the consultant for final review and approval will be used in the pre and post-test for both groups’ beneficiaries (Business skills development and vocational training) in coordination with the Vocational Training Center / Trainers and further final approval by UNDP.
