Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Bidding and Proposals Management Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in bidding processes, proposal writing, and project management. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of our trainees in effective bidding and proposals management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises, tailored to the needs of the bidding and proposals management industry.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both theoretical and practical, for diverse groups of trainees, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Assess trainees’ performance through various evaluation methods, such as quizzes, practical assessments, and feedback sessions, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in bidding and proposals management to ensure the training content remains relevant and current.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training programs and methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns to facilitate a positive learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of trainees’ progress and performance, and prepare reports for the Training Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards during training sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in bidding and proposals management are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in bidding, proposal writing, or project management, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.
- Strong understanding of bidding and proposals management principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficient in using training tools and technology, including learning management systems (LMS), presentation software, and other multimedia tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
