Qualifications & requirements

Key Responsibilities:

3D Rendering:
Develop high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings of architectural designs using industry-standard software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino3D).
Collaborate with architects and designers to translate conceptual designs into detailed, visually compelling renderings that accurately represent the project's vision.

Facade Design:
Create and refine innovative facade designs that integrate functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.
Conduct analysis and research on materials, textures, and construction techniques to optimize facade performance and appearance.

Project Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, structural engineers, and construction professionals to ensure cohesive design integration and project execution.
Communicate effectively with team members to incorporate feedback and modifications into the 3D renderings and facade designs.

Presentation and Documentation:
Prepare and present visual representations of designs to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Create comprehensive documentation including technical drawings, specifications, and reports related to 3D renders and facade designs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in architectural engineering with a focus on 3D rendering.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for 3D modeling, rendering, and animation (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, rhino3D, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, etc.).
Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Portfolio showcasing previous 3D renderings and facade design projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Kurdish, English and Arabic is a plus
