Terre Des Hommes Foundation- Helping children worldwide (Tdh-F) is a leading Swiss international non-governmental organization for children’s aid.

Tdh-F Mosul office in Nineveh is seeking to hire transportation service provider so-called as All Inclusive Car Service Provider/ AICSP, 5-seata Pick-up (Exclusively with a year of made no earlier than 2019 to cover its needs in Nineveh Governorate (Sinjar, Baaj, Tal Afar, and Mosul) and other Terre des Hommes activity Locations within Nineveh governorate. Under this request Tdh-F intends to hire (Only Three All-Inclusive Cars).

 Service Overview:

The Service Provider will be responsible for provision of transportation service under the service contract. The Service Provider should provide a car that are in very good condition meeting the minimum requirement in section “Requirement”. The service will include but not limited described in section “Specific Responsibilities Include”. The definition of All Inclusive Car: The Service will be provided within Ninewa. The service offer should include the fuel cost, insurance cost, drivers’ fees, maintenance and any other associated expenses. The offer should consider one month service provision cost. The service contract expected to be signed for the period of 6 months with possible extension subject to availability of Funding.  

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include,

• The safe transportation of Tdh personnel
• The safe transportation of Tdh materials
• Ensure replacement of the driver while the driver is not available for any reason (sickness, or other reasons)
• The care and maintenance of vehicles and their accessories
• Note and report problems, including suspicious activities, behaviors and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to emergencies and other problems, in keeping with Tdh guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Commitment and putting into implementation the working schedule assigned by the logistics
• Ensure the provision of service delivery even during critical incidents and contingencies
• Any other tasks Required from the supervisor

 تعريف السيارة الشاملة كليًا: سيتم توفير الخدمة داخل محافظة نينوى. يجب أن يشمل عرض الخدمة الوقود والتأمين وأتعاب السائقين والصيانة وأي نفقات أخرى مرتبطة. يجب أن يأخذ العرض في الاعتبار تكلفة تقديم الخدمة لمدة شهر واحد.

بموجب هذا الطلب، تعتزم مؤسسة ارض البشر استئجار

نظرة عامة على الخدمة

سيكون مقدم الخدمة مسؤولا عن توفير خدمات النقل بموجب عقد الخدمة. يجب على مقدم الخدمة توفير سيارة بحالة جيدة جدًا تستوفي الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات في قسم "المتطلبات". ستتضمن الخدمة على سبيل المثال ال الحصر وصفها في قسم "تشمل المسؤوليات المحددة”

المسؤوليات

1- تشمل المسؤوليات المحددة

2- النقل الامن لموظفي منظمة ارض البشر

3- النقل الامن لمواد منظمة ارض البشر

4- ضمان استبدال السائق اثناء عدم توفر السائق لاي سبب (إجازة، إجازة مرضية .... الخ)

5- رعاية وصيانة المركبة وملحقاتها.

6- ملاحظة المشاكل والابلاغ عنها، بما في ذلك الأنشطة والسلوكيات المشبوهة.

 7- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ والمشاكل الأخرى بما يتماشى مع المبادئ والتوجيهية والسياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بمنظمة ارض البشر.

8- الالتزام بدول العمل المخصص من قبل قسم اللوجستيك.

9- ضمان جودة تقديم الخدمات اثناء الحوادث الطارئة والخطيرة.

أي مهام أخرى مطلوبة من المشرف.
