The Relationship Officer will accept responsibility for the relationship management of key clients and partners in a defined region. The main aim will be to expand the company's market share in that region.
This includes new client acquisition, cross-selling, and existing client retention efforts as part of the group's business development unit. The candidate will be directly responsible for relationship management (which can be slightly technical) and sales.
- Fluency in Spoken and written Kurdish, Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Sales technology and CRM software experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or similar role may be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods with strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
