- Act as the lead point of contact for all clients account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Resolving complaints and preventing issues by improving processes.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Prepare reports on account status.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in Account Management or related fields is preferred.
Fluent in Kurdish, Excellent level of English and Arabic.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
