Industry Experience: Direct experience working within or consulting for the Oil & Gas sector.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications corresponding to the course topic (e.g., NEBOSH, BGAS, PMP, Cisco/Huawei, ETAP, NDT Level II/III, etc.).
Instructional Experience: Demonstrated experience in adult learning, curriculum delivery, and dynamic workshop facilitation.
Strong communication, translation, and presentation skills.
